He'll deem you as unlikeable the second he lays his eyes on you. It's nothing personal, he does it to everyone he meets. In fact, the less personally involved he can get with anyone, the better. Cicero is not a sociable person and sees people as a distraction and a risk. He's easy to anger, in fact, it's his default emotion. He'll size you up when he meets you and getting him to even consider you again takes persistence. The more he pushes people away, the safer he is. So he doesn't really want to know you... However, when he does make a friend, he tends to get very protective and will bite a motherfucker. On another note, Cicero is exceedingly vain. Considering he was a very ugly and awkward kid throughout school, his bloom in good looks is something to be proud of. Unfortunately, he loves it enough about himself for it to be his only friend. He's ALSO very impatient. Maybe it's because he feels like a target all the time, or because he's just a dick, but either way he doesn't like waiting and will make it known.

He's loud, he likes to make his points and annoyances known. He doesn't like budging from his viewpoint unless given a VERY good reason too. And boy oh boy is he introverted, prefering to be by himself rather than with people. Yet, as much as he exploits his negative sides to him to keep everyone else at bay, there are parts of him that make him decent. He's smart. Always has been. He's excellent at researching and picking up details in masses of data, he can hold incredibly intriguing conversations should he have a reason or a person to do it with, and he's reliable because of his stubbornness. If he want something done, he makes it happen. He keeps things tidy and clean to help organize his thoughts. And most importantly, he's truthful. HISTORY

_{[Reason for moving] It's a teeny, old, deserted, rainy town. He figured everyone would be too busy being boring to talk to him.
[How long they have lived in town] Just moved in}_{Cicero grew up with a family fresh from Mexico, newly immigrated to America. His dad held some old fashion views and had strong opinions on what his family and his children should be like. His mom had a son, a daughter, and then five more sons. Cicero was the youngest. All his siblings were exactly what his dad wanted. Strong, big, sporty, full of vim and vigor and machismo. But when it came to Cicero, he was born prematurely. He was weak and wimpy and stayed that way. Growing up in a loud family of 6 brawny siblings when you were weak and easily pushed around caused Cicero to be silent for most of his childhood. He was super nerdy and was picked on relentlessly both at home and at school. He thought making himself small would make them go away but it never did. It wasn't until the last week of middle school that Cicero finally snapped. Instead of staying quiet, he decided to scream and yell and shout insults at people before they could get a word in.

It had the desired effect. People started leaving him alone, doing anything to make him shut up. His voice was shrill right up until junior year, and even then his voice still cracks. He was annoying, mean, rude, unenjoyable, prickly... It's not like anyone was his friend before, but now at least no one harassed him either. He eventually convinced himself he was happy like this.

As he grew, he found there were two major things he liked about himself. First was his looks. He is the poster child for ugly duckling, starting out with bad acne and awkward proportions to turning into a good lookin' young lad. And he knows it too, in fact he cherishes it about himself and puts a lot of effort into staying this way.

He also discovered that he was rather intelligent. He could easily understand what may come as difficult to others and he sought it out. He loved Science and its wonders and everything that could be discovered. His love for the research and intellect lead him to college. Unfortunately, his habits kicked in and he found himself fighting with other students and even the professors. He ended up switching to online classes. Without a dorm to live in anymore, however, he had to figure out where he was going to go. He searched for anything with a small population and undesirable weather in the hopes that moving there would mean no one would talk to him. That's how he stumbled across Lichbarrow.}

- Joel Fuentes: The papi. Cicero and Joel had a large fight before they left, and Cicero openly resents him for the ceaseless tormenting from his brothers.

- David Fuentes: Eldest brother, trying to play football professionally. Cicero hasn't interracted with this brother much due to the large age gap.

- Abigail Fuentes: Only sister and the second oldest. She manages several construction sites and is also the most swol. She scares Cicero.

- Leon Fuentes: Second oldest brother. He has a job as a cop and is trying for state trooper. Cicero thinks he's a tool.

- Jose Fuentes: Third oldest brother. He's a lifeguard and teaches surfing. The most chill of the brothers. Cicero can tolerate his presence.

- Sergio Fuentes: Fourth oldest brother. He's in the military with the Marines. Cicero's biggest bully growing up. He really hates this brother.

- Miguel Fuentes: Fifth oldest brother. Wants to be a firefighter. Was also an ass to Cicero, and Cicero doesn't like him either.}
